Gentle Yoga Sculpt with Jeannie Connolly

 

Mondays:

November: 4th and 18th

Time: 7:00pm-8:00pm

 

Gentle Yoga Sculpt class is a class designed for beginners to advanced students. 

Be prepared to stretch and strengthen the body through the use of gentle yoga poses and some light core work.  We will also use the power of breath to connect with movement of the body. 

 

You just need to bring a mat and water and start to change your life in a positive direction!  This class will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Tech Tutoring

Knitting Circle

November:

6th, 13th, 20th, and 26th (A Tuesday)

December:

4th, 11th, and 17th (A Tuesday)

Wednesday nights at 7:00pm!

Come pick up some needles and learn the basics in time to make someone a special hand knit gift for the cooler weather and the holidays! Learn how to make something beautiful and useful with your own two hands and just 2 sticks and a string, and discover why so many people have become completely addicted to knitting.

Ages: 13 & up. All levels welcome. Instruction will be provided!

Materials* will be available for class use, or bring your own.

**Materials provided in class are only available for use in class. If you'd like to bring your knitting project home, please bring your own needles and yarn to the program.

Yoga to the Core! with Jeannie Connolly

Mondays:

November 12th (A Tuesday!) and 25th

Time: 7:00-8:00pm

 

A class that is comprised of yoga poses and overall body sculpting. Class begins and ends with meditation/relaxation, warm up, then a series of yoga poses and exercises designed to tone, sculpt and strengthen the body.

The class is offered for beginners as well as advanced clients (modifications are offered for most poses). The class offers a combination of relaxation and rejuvenation for all who attend. 

Please bring a yoga mat and towel along with bottled water.

 

Book Club
December 2nd at 7:00pm

Join us for a monthly discussion where we will tackle big questions surrounding a different book! All are welcome.
